8月中旬，我和妻子去龙目岛玩了几天，在龙目岛的诺富特酒店住了一晚，我说我住在一间高级客房里，价格是154欧元一晚，房间里有一股很浓的霉味，房间里几乎没有进行保养，水槽不能排水，冰箱和迷你吧里面都是空的，但我也根本不指望诺富特这样的连锁酒店，尤其是这些国家的劳动力成本很低。另一件我想报告的事情是，介绍中写着晚餐包含在房费内，实际上并不包括。而且理论是在八点半到十点可以就餐，但在晚上8:30的时候，自助餐的容器有一半都是空的了。这里的员工非常友好，就像所有在印尼的员工一样。除了甜点之外，其他食物都不合我的口味。我写这篇评价并不是为了指责这家酒店，只是建议酒店提高服务的质量。

We are sorry to read that our room facility did not meet your expectation, regret to know that you had encountered unplesant experience due to room was smell of mold.

是最好的位置之一，工作人员物业在最好的位置之一，有私人海滩，我的玻璃房提供一整天的饮料，也是一个绝佳选择。总之有很多选择可供选择，是一个必须要去的地方

我们在这里住了4个晚上，还被升级到了一个带游泳池的别墅房间。工作人员很友好，服务很棒。健身房有待进一步完善。这是一个放松和享受宁静的好地方。我们计划明年还来这里度假。

我们一起度过了非常放松和舒适的一周，这个酒店非常舒服，而且服务也很好。花园宁静，维护有序,食物鲜美可口!我们5天都沉迷于神圣的水疗中心,觉得它真的有助于放松和振兴,所以很开心我们来做了水疗。度假村的位置和布局非常美丽,酒店职员也很友好、优雅和礼貌真是度假村最宝贵的财产之一!谢谢你们每个人的辛勤。强烈推荐并下次还会回住！

酒店的设施很好，员工也很棒，袁经理很友好，十分乐于助人。这个度假村很棒，有漂亮的海滩和一个很棒的游泳池，饭菜也还可以，但价格过高。度假村的活动非常棒，包括猴子之旅和皮划艇等一系列活动。
