对于我们第一周年纪念日来说，这里是个很好的停留！到达这里的经历很美好。一到达这，我们就被提供了饮料和湿毛巾。我们住在一个1房1厅的别墅，工作人员护送我们到了房间。他很友好，很友善，同时他还告诉了我们房间的朝向情况。这个别墅既干净又好，游泳池的大小也很合适。酒店里的晚餐很好，它的食物质量很好。只有一个小小的短处就是它的服务总体上还可以提高。
我们在这入住4晚，定了2个房间。一间我住，一间给父母住，住的地方离前厅很远，我们不得不爬楼梯穿过小桥，这种情况不适合父母，上下楼梯时我还要看管好小孩，因为那里很陡，入住时还有人帮忙拿行李，离开时就没人帮忙了，我们不得不自己带着行李去前厅。

Thank you for your feedback and choosing our villa for stay with your family in Ubud. I am sorry to hear that our property does not suitable as per your family holiday needs. We always try to explain fully about our property and facilities so that our guests can understand according to their needs. Just for information that the property we make with the concept back to nature and we just add the villa buildings, restaurants, bridges without damaging trees, rivers, and rice fields that have been previously provided by nature. Regarding bell boys, rest assured that it does not reflect the true Mutiara Hospitality and we will address this issue accordingly with the department concerned so that improvements can be made to ensure the best service is given to our valuable guests.
