Dear Denis,
Thank you for your message.
I guess you were part of the group of Chris, Gilly and Jilly, and I can only apologize again.
When you read others comments you can see that hospitality is normaly a plus.
It is true that we have 2 breakfast rooms. The biggest one is used whenever we have to welcome groups of travellers or whenever there are specific demands on schedule or diet.
The smallest breakfast room is used for individuals.

我来看看住在附近的朋友，在这期间他们为我们预订了这家旅馆。酒店有非常吸引人的接待区和酒吧区，坐落在在安静的林荫大道，只花几分钟就可以步行到RER(直通市中心)。酒店的房间是相当小的(毕竟这仍然是巴黎)，但有非常友好的接待人员，也有好吃的早餐，在那里可以俯瞰一个美丽的花园。酒店有很好的酒吧区，我们可以在那里喝酒直到很晚，感觉就像在家里一样。非常棒的披萨餐厅位于街道的一头(步行到鲁伊中心)，小镇本身也非常富裕，有一个漂亮的中心广场和一些有趣的商店/酒吧/餐厅等。非常高档，非常法国和非常安全，如果来这个城市的话肯定会推荐。

巴黎的酒店确实比较小，而且垃圾收得太早了!但相比连锁酒店，这里的员工更加友好，酒店也多几分个性化。不过淋浴温度不高，房间有点吵，早餐选择也比较简单。

在这住得很好。窗户上安有百叶窗，床舒适；不过洗手间需要再精心维护下；毛巾上有破洞，淋浴花洒上有凝胶，（淋浴时）花洒将水喷的到处都是。早餐美味。酒店位置偏远，但方便去吕埃(Rueil)以及参观城堡。

我们很喜欢这家酒店。房间很赞，床很棒，服务员亲切友好，早餐好吃，淋浴舒适，床真的很舒服。这里离火车站不远，街道的尽头有一家很棒的面包店。附近还有一个室内购物中心和超市，走路就能过去，那还有个漂亮的花园。附近的东西真不错。

房间非常吵，墙壁很薄。住在我们隔壁的亚洲人一整晚都在讲话和打电话，这让人非常恼火，因为房间的墙壁非常薄。对我们来说，酒店距离巴黎和火车站不够近。房间不干净，天花板和墙角有蜘蛛网；瓷砖砌得很马虎；洗手间的水管和浴室的电线灯条都没有好好保护。床倒是还可以。

Dear Frank V,
We thank you for your stay with us and for taking the time to post a comment on our page. Sorry that your stay was not up to your expectations.
Our teams are present 24 hours a day, had you approached our receptionists ? They would have certainly asked the neighbouring guests to have lowered their voices.
Our hotel is located in Rueil-Malmaison, a 12-minute walk from the RER station. The train connects with Paris in 10 minutes. We mention this information on all our internet media.
The majority of our bathrooms were renovated in 2012, and new renovations are to be completed this year.
