Sorry to read that it took longer than expected to check you in at the lobby. We prepare all reservations to make the check in as fast as possible, however it is possible that due to the shuttle bus it can take a bit longer then expected. Our apologies for the inconvenience. My sincere apologies regarding the cleanliness of the room. Our hygiene standards are extremely high. I am surprised the room was not clean. I will discuss your feedback with the housekeeping team to prevent this from happening in the future. Hopefully you enjoyed the other facilities in the hotel.
