I'm very sorry to hear about your experience with the cleaning service. Of course we should have cleaned your room properly and I sincerely apologize for failing to do so.
This new cleaning police, Eco Stay, is not an excuse to cut down on staff but a sincere effort to contribute to the work to save the environment. We estimate to save up to 10 million liters of water per year which will actually make a difference. Similar environmental friendly projects are becoming more and more common in the hotel business and many guests appreciate it. However, we missed the mark with your room and I'm very sorry for this.
