友好的员工，一间不错的酒店，但是我不确定那是你期待中香格里拉酒店应有的五星品质。我很乐意为品质付费，但是我觉得这间酒店贵的离谱，到了令人厌烦的程度。一杯就算是低品质的红酒，175ml要10-12英镑，250ml的要16英镑以上，服务员是这么“猜测”的，因此你实际上会感觉被骗了。遗憾的是，尽管员工很出色且友好，我不会再来这里住了。
