We're thrilled to hear that all your requests were addressed and our Chinese Villa Host, Ting, was able to provide top-notch hospitality service throughout your stay. Your lovely words about the Beach Club Grill and the Carnivorous Restaurant truly warm our hearts. We do take gem’s (guest’s) feedback seriously and appreciate your comment on our Teppanyaki Grill, as well as your other restaurant dining options. Rest assured, these will help us refine our offerings.
Thank you for drawing our attention to the wine. We will certainly look into the issue and ensure that our wines meet the highest standards.
