我的房间很小，而且浴室里有黑色的霉菌，房间里有股潮湿发霉的气味，走廊门外一直都亮着灯，让人无法入睡。我打电话给前台，询问灯光的相关问题，他们告诉我这些大厅里的灯不能关闭，也不能为我换一间房，我整夜都没睡着，伴着灯光和发霉的气味我难以入睡。这是我迄今为止最糟糕的酒店体验。堪培拉有许多酒店，千万不要来钻石精品酒店。这个地方糟透了。

I am very sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your stay with us.
I certainly will address your feedback regarding the bathroom and rectify any shortfalls.
In regards to the hall lights, unfortunately we cannot turn them off due to safety reasons for other guests. I have also been informed that our Front Office team did offer alternatives to block any lights that came through.
