I am very glad to learn that you have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of your stay, from the breakfast in the Glass Brasserie to the Executive Lounge with the friendly service provided by our team members. I also really appreciate the special mention that you have made for Moin, Samuel, and Jessica, and will certainly pass on your compliment to them. It is through kind words like yours that we are motivated to improve better each day to provide quality experience to our valued guests.
