We feel that we have a wonderful location in central Sydney with so many restaurants, bars and attractions within walking distance, not to mention the amazing shopping nearby.

Thank you for this feedback. I have shared your views with our housekeeping managers and team. I am sorry standard received has not been met in your opinion.
As for refurbishment, we will be commencing one very shortly and hope to have all rooms updated in July 2020.

我对Frasier Suites酒店的员工感激不尽，我仍然对他们为我安排住宿感到惊喜，因为在旅途中我发现了一些令人震惊的消息。那天我本来要离开的，但是我从新闻中得到了巨大的震惊和沮丧，我的情绪也因为我有边缘性人格障碍(这是一种复杂的人格障碍，但我经常经历重度抑郁)而被放大。老实说，我不知道我怎么能离开我的床或淋浴，更不用说飞回阿德莱德或改变我在过去两天呆的房间。我问他们是否可以延长我的逗留时间，他们说可能不行，因为已经全部订满了。就在昨天，一切都是那么的模糊，我崩溃了，我甚至不知道我说了什么，因为我太混乱了，他们可能以为我和男友吵架了。当他们想出办法让我住在自己的房间里时，我简直不敢相信。当我下楼去办理入住时，我穿着晨衣，化了一脸的妆，看上去一团乱。他们对我很好，帮我做文书工作，让我坐下来喝点水，问我是否需要谈谈。所有的工作人员都为我提供帮助，早上我起不来床，有人来探望我，他说不要着急，问我是不是需要帮助。我想看电影来试着放松一下，但是我不会用DVD机，我想我打了三次电话，他们都很耐心，也很友好。我可以一直讲下去。我会永远感谢Frasier Suites酒店和工作人员，老实说，如果没有他们，我真的不知道如何度过那一天。以后来到悉尼，我只会选择入住这家酒店！！

房间干净，温暖，设备齐全，价格合理。酒店看起来与网站上的照片完全一样，所以没什么额外的惊喜。礼宾和办理入住的工作人员人非常好，我的生日他们还送了一瓶免费的香槟。 酒店位于市中心，附近有许多景点，如达令港，很多餐馆以及其他好玩的地方。我一定会再次入住fraser套房。

我们在悉尼辉盛阁国际公寓入住期间遇到了一些问题，但这没什么大不了。可爱的工作人员很快就解决了所有的问题。当他们无法修复一个电子问题时，他们坚持要把我们升级到一个更好的房间，这是我们完全没有想到的！房间很干净并且维护得很好，但最突出的优点无疑是工作人员。他们每个人都礼貌且快乐，并渴望尽可能让你的住的舒适。地理位置优越，附近有很多餐厅和购物中心。住在这里你可以把车丢在一边，然后充分使用悉尼优秀的公共交通系统！这儿的火车站简直遍布整个公路。

以前曾经住过这里，在最后一分钟的时候我们认为值得开更久一点的车来这里，而不是去Homebush。人们仍然很棒，我们的房间甚至得到了升级。房间非常好，不过早上的加热泳池比最好酒店的稍逊一点，早餐非常好。比我记忆中的更好，肯定会再次入住。
