We can only apologise for your experience at the Criterion Hotel. We will talk to the house keeping staff to ensure the issues you mentioned regarding towels and cups does not happen again.
Renovations will be taking place soon, we are just waiting on council approval as there are many heritage restraints.
We hope that should you return, it is to a freshly renovated hotel for an enjoyable stay.
