We're sorry about your door not locking properly, it was probably due to the locking mechanism needing new batteries, if we had known of it prior to you moving in, we would have fixed the issue or have placed you in another room.
Our WiFi can be a little difficult sometimes but we are able to fix it down in reception if there is any issue.
