柜台人员亲切热情，住宿地点在虽然在市区闹区，但是房内相当安静，邻近queen street 逛街购物饮食相当方便，员工亲切友好，热情周到，服务一流。推荐给初次到访布里斯班的朋友。
整体来说是一间很棒的饭店，唯一的缺点是每日只有30分钟的免费网路。

I am pleased to hear you found our location convenient for all your needs. As mentioned, we are only a short walk from a range of shops and restaurants, so its pleasing to hear you were able to take full advantage of our central location.
I am also delighted to hear that the customer service you experienced was welcoming and accommodating, feedback which I have shared with the team.
In relation to the Wi-Fi, I would highly recommend joining the My Oaks Membership which offers rates inclusive of internet, complimentary late check-outs and discounts.

这是一个适合住的酒店。虽然酒店有点陈旧但是空间还是满意的。5年前入住过，和现在相比没有什么变化。在这类的酒店里，走出电梯时会闻到有点垃圾的味道，因为垃圾槽未能及时处理。在四月的14-21号入住，因为是复活节所以没有管家。酒店位置距离商店很近，也可以走去南岸

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Oaks Festival Towers.
It was disappointing to read that you found the apartment to be dated and that there was a smell on your floor. We have forwarded this feedback regarding the rubbish chute to our Manager so that we can we can determine why this had occurred.
With regards to housekeeping over the Easter break, on public holidays servicing is available on request, and our housekeepers are more than happy to perform this service if required.
We were pleased to read that you found your apartment size to be OK and that you took advantage of our central location.
All going well, we hope to welcome you back to Oaks Festival Towers again in the near future.

我是在工作旅行期间，在这里住了两个晚上。酒店的位置不错。但是走廊里有一股怪味，电梯很慢。第二天晚上我不得不重新分配到另一个房间，但是第二天晚上我回来时发现空调里的水漏到了厨房的地板上。维修人员速度很快，还帮我搬了行李。房间本可以更干净的，浴室里面黑黢黢的，阳台窗户没有密封关闭，所以外面的雨会漂进来。我期待着能够享受更好的服务，而不是这种一般的服务。真的挺失望的。

I am however, pleased to hear our Maintenance Officer was able to assist you and will be sure to pass this information onto him. We will be looking into the issues you have put forward throughout the hotel aiming to eliminate any future problems. 我们在橡树公寓住了一个星期。公寓有一个厨房和客厅，有一个很好的吃饭的地方，公寓有两个房间，有独立的浴室和一个小阳台。酒店有一个小健身区，一个游泳池和一个自己烧烤的地方。如果你走出酒店，你会发现到处都是吃饭或购物的地方。它位于真正的中心，从酒店出发5分钟就到达皇后购物中心。招待会原则上很好，我只是遇到了一个人，他解释给我听，作为一个客户该如何行动。这种态度我不太喜欢。其余的工作人员都做得很不错。

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Oaks Festival Towers.
It was great to hear you found the proximity of the hotel close to places to eat and go shopping, as Festival Towers is only one block down from the Queen Street Mall in the heart of Brisbane City.
Also pleasing to read was that you found the apartment nice with a good eating area, and that you took advantage of the common areas where the pool, gym, and BBQ areas are located.
It was disappointing that one of the staff members you spoke to made you feel uncomfortable, and do apologise as this is never our intention. We will pass your feedback on to them.
We hope to see you again for a future stay.
