我们这个六口之家最近在这里住了4个晚上（3个房间）。我们不得不在才住一晚的情况下就离开我们之前住的酒店，因为它太不合适了。在假日酒店接待处的迪基非常照顾我们。及时为我们的旅行安排了接送细节的变更，给我们提供了非常有用的信息，为我们的父母65周年纪念提供了免费的泡泡。这里的所有工作人员都非常友好和乐于助人。每小时都有免费班车开往市中心。我推荐那些可以俯瞰公园和海洋的房间。房间很干净。床和枕头非常舒适。自助早餐很棒。

We are so glad that you and your family had such a wonderful time and that you were impressed with our team members and the full hot breakfast buffet served, this information serves as constant motivation for us and will be passed on to the relevant departments. We are also very happy to hear that you were able to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle bus service to the centre!

这家假日酒店由两座塔楼组成，距离凯恩斯机场仅5分钟路程。其中一座塔楼的房间已经翻新过了。另一座塔的房间要陈旧得多。我选择了较旧的那座塔，并被升级为一套带有小厨房和客厅的套房。电视机很旧，很难操作。这些旧房间几乎没有什么插座。前台的工作人员是一流的，总是乐于助人。他们提供了延长线和澳大利亚插头适配器。从酒店到市中心每个整点都有班车。自助早餐高于平均水平。酒店里也有一家很好的餐厅，但是非常昂贵。房间的价格非常合理。租车价格也很合理，但景点门票非常昂贵。酒店的前台服务人员和合理的房价使其成为一个合理的选择。

We are so glad you enjoyed our delicious breakfast buffet and enjoyed your stay here at Holiday Inn Cairns Harbourside. 这家酒店是一个很棒的居住地，在北昆士兰公路旅行的末段，我们住在了这里。我们通过优步打车从机场来到了这家凯恩斯滨港假日酒店。第二天早上，我们从凯恩斯的Hertz租车机构租了一辆车，当我们乘坐航班飞回悉尼时，我们把车直接停在了机场。如果你不是很赶时间的话，从滨海大道走到凯恩斯会是不错的半小时散步时光。到凯恩斯去看看图书馆附近树上的飞狐是非常值得的。自助早餐非常棒，新鲜的果汁就让它变得物有所值。在我们乘飞机离开凯恩斯之前，我们在游泳池里度过了在这家酒店的最后一个晚上。
