我第一次带我妻子到阿德莱德,所以决定将希尔顿作为探索城市和周边乡村的良好基地。酒店地理位置优越,舒适整洁。可能在设计上显示了它的悠久历史,但仍然可以接受

Thank you for choosing Hilton for your recent trip to Adelaide.

I am pleased you were happy with the location in the city. We are fortunate to be close to many places of interest with many modes of transport at our doorstep making it easy to travel around and explore. Due to the age of the hotel we are in the process of upgrading the guest areas and you will notice some fantastic upgrades coming up which are currently in the planning stages.

我们在这住了4个晚上。这家酒店位于阿德莱德市中心,地理位置优越。门外就是公共交通。但这家酒店有点过时了,需要翻修一下。员工很优秀。

We are in a prime location and I am pleased this suited you. The tram stop is certainly convenient for getting around the city. As the hotel is over 30 years old we have done some significant upgrades to the guest areas with some more in the planning stages.

业务出差在这里过夜。指定的房间非常好而且很干净。从房间看附近的公园和教堂非常漂亮,开窗可以呼吸到新鲜空气,这点也不错。这家酒店交通便利,住在这里非常舒服。

我们三月底时在这住了一个星期。我的妻子发生了意外,需要坐轮椅。有一个轮椅就是我们在酒店居住期间,酒店提供的,而且酒店的工作人员提供了很多帮助。我们认为Roxanne做得太好了,已经超出了他的工作范围,每当看到我们需要帮助时他都会出现,休息室的Peter也确保满足我们想要的一切。我们将在2020年再次入住这里!

真的是太可怕了。床的中间都陷下去了。房间很脏。工作人员很粗鲁。床上没有经过整理,只是随意铺了一下。浴室的淋浴器上还有之前的客人留下的粉和牙膏。房间很旧。楼下休息室的所有椅子都过时了,坐着很不舒服。除了这里的位置不错以外,这个地方真是一无是处。不会再回来了,也不会推荐这里

I appreciate your feedback.

I am pleased that you enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, however, I was disappointed that you were not happy with your stay. The bedding is Hilton standard and we usually get positive feedback regarding the comfort. I apologise that you found the service unsatisfactory. This is not the standard that we strive to achieve. We have carried out some large renovations to the guest areas over the last couple of years including the Collins Bar, Lobby Lounge, Restaurant and the gymnasium. I was disappointed that you were not pleased with the changes made.

I do hope you will afford us the opportunity to welcome you back again one day for a more positive experience.
