我每次有活动都会在皇冠大都会酒店,它从来没有让我失望过。工作人员很友好的检查房间,房间也总是干净整洁的。非常现代化而且位置很好。但是直接住在赌场也很近,很方便,而且价格也比较便宜。

饮食及交通都方便,饭店整体干净,服务也很友善。
楼上的泳池有很好的风景可以享受,目前也提供部分措施在疫情的防护上
首先必须要说酒店位置本身不是太方便, 不过一旦进入酒店范围之后衣食住玩应有尽有. 除了基本的泳池健身和SPA外, 餐厅由平价的麦当劳, KFC到五星级酒店扒房, 特色酒吧, 名店购物, 超大型的赌场和儿童可进入的游戏机中心, 不需要离开酒店都可以玩个两三天不会闷. 酒店的房间和设施都很很干净, 维护得很好, 但景观则比较一般.
花了这么多钱住在一家五星级酒店,却被安排入住了两间脏兮兮的房间,地板污迹斑斑,第三间房间的椅子都破了,工作人员还一直找借口。咖啡不加牛奶。3个人入住只提供了2条毛巾。我们支付了350美元,不是为了听你们找借口的,我们只是想要一个干净的房间。酒店答应会在房间里提供香槟作为补偿,但是一直没有提供,我们不得不在离开时主动要求酒店提供。酒店给了我们3个人一张50美元的代金券,但是这个根本不够用。我们询问值班经理是否能给我们提供早餐优惠券,值班经理竟然说我们太过分了。我付钱不是为了体验这样的服务的。很令人恶心。不要来这里,我以为这里是5星级酒店,但是只能算是一星级。考虑到价格,有比这里更好的酒店。

酒店位置不错,离市中心、DFO以及不错的餐厅都非常近。房间非常不错,宽敞且舒适。一走出电梯直接就可以到商场、餐厅以及赌场真是太棒了。

我之前在Perth的 Crown prom住过,因此我可能对Melbourne的Crown Metropol有了比较高水准的期待。办理入住和代客泊车的体验很让人失望,我得说4天3晚的体验都是如此。工作人员和代客泊车的服务人员不友善、不平易近人、不以客户为导向。 有一天我带着我的孩子去买玩具,回来的时候在代客泊车的那个地方有风,我很难带着我的孩子和买的东西出来......我的东西到处都是。猜猜看怎么样了?外面的代客泊车工作人员愉快地聊着天走开了,直到我不得不走过去寻求帮助。因为我们是第一次来这里,当我们询问关于停车问题的时候,办理工作人员也表现地不友好。我不能说她们很粗鲁,但的确都没有礼貌。我不建议你入住Crown Melbourne,但 Crown Perth还是值得花钱入住的!
