It is quite unfortunate your short experience at Vibe Melbourne. This is definitely not what we are known for as you could see in most of the reviews given by people. But let me clarify also to our TripAdvisor audience:
- At the time of checking in, you were refusing to show a physical photo ID (in this time, your passport) knowing that this is a mandatory requirement in order to check you in.
-After we asked you for your ID and your refusal, you have started to raise your tone of voice turning it into a disrespectful conversation from your end and starting to take pictures from our team members without any consent. As we have ZERO tolerance with abusive behavior, we were forced to call the police.
-Your booking was made and prepaid to TRIP.COM. They collected the money from your end, and not Vibe Melbourne at that stage. Therefore, you were instructed to request the cancellation through them and , in our end, it will be approved without any cancellation fees.
