Hi Lozzymuiz. Thank you kindly for taking the time to review the hotel on TripAdvisor. I am glad to hear that you found our team friendly and helpful and location convenient to take the short tram ride into the CBD. I do apologise for the experience you had with the car park. We do have valet parking available for guests convenience if you would prefer for future stays. Thank you for your review and appreciate your comments. The linen and towelling is cleaned in a state of the art laundry with ISO accreditation. I will however do some checking based on your feedback.
The hotel is undergoing many enhancements which we look to be sharing with you and these include our conference spaces, rooms where the bedding has been replaced and eventually the lobby space. It has been great to tick a few major accomplishments off such as the replacement of our guest lifts.

住在这里是为了出差——房间宽敞方便，有你需要的一切。床很舒服，虽然有些东西看起来有点旧。厕纸架掉下来了，每次我洗澡的时候，浴室的地板都会被淋湿。而且房间也不是很隔音!不过，酒店的服务很棒，气氛很好，餐厅/酒吧区也很好，所以我还是会推荐这里。酒店靠近电车站，很方便。

这是我们澳大利亚旅行的最后一个城市。帕克维尤帕克维尤酒店提供最好的位置，足够接近市中心，附近海域公园和体育设施，只需要很短的步行就能到达。房间宽敞，设备齐全，床铺特别舒适。每天早上的早餐是意想不到的惊喜，提供了很好的早餐选择。所有的员工都彬彬有礼，友好而专业，没有什么麻烦。如果我们再去墨尔本，一定会再住到这家酒店。
