我对南岸的Travelodge酒店如此之好感到惊讶。我想找一个不会让我倾家荡产的地方，但是Travelodge真的很可爱，而且离一切都很近。从我的房间可以看到美丽的景色，我可以在河边漫步。除了一位女士拒绝接受延迟退房外，员工们都很开心。隔壁是尤里卡塔，在那里你可以一边欣赏360度全景，一边享受一杯茶和一块美味的巧克力。然后走一小段路就是皇冠赌场，在那里你可以找到城里最好的披萨。在河的另一边，你可以沿着环形路线，悠闲地乘坐有轨电车游览城市。在Bunyip一起看看他们提供的旅游信息，这些信息能让你的旅行变得更特别。期待我下一次在Travelodge Southbank的住宿。我不想离开。

住了一晚，吃了一顿丰盛的早餐(通过缤客网预订)。我们很早就到了(上午11点)，希望能把行李送到，但友好的帕蒂告诉我们，我们的房间(818)已经空了，这是一个惊喜。我们的房间干净整洁，符合我们的需要。和其他评论一样，我唯一抱怨的是房间看起来很旧。我们的浴室虽然很干净，但只要重新粉刷一下，就能焕然一新。酒店提供了洗发水/肥皂和润肤乳。我们的房间很安静，远离电梯，睡眠质量也很好。早餐是自助餐式的，有各种各样的谷物，馅饼和精选的食物。位置便利，是任何游客的绝佳选择，位于南岸/赌场区中心而且很方便步行到中央商务区。我们遇到的所有员工都很友好，而且乐于助人。会把这家酒店推荐给其他人的，在建筑周围有很多遍才的拍照地点。

房间需要翻新，尤其是浴室。早餐还需要提高，因为在用餐高峰时间没有食物。位置很好。他们在粉刷酒店的地板，这给人一种脏兮兮的感觉，我认为装修必须由植物材料来完成，而这些翻新在完工前不能给客人使用。

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I will address your concerns in regards to our Breakfast offering, seeking improvement in the delivery service during this important meal period.
Yes we did have painting and new skirts installed in our hallways recently, the works were not impacting access the Hotel rooms and were limited to Business Hours only. Our goal is to complete these works in a timely manner with little disruption of services to our Guests, The new painting along with the recently installed hallway carpets have improved the look of this area with some great feedback coming through.

我和先生在这里住了两个晚上。房间很普通，迷你的洗漱用品不足以供我们两人使用，因为下午4点之前还没有准备好，我不得不打电话让他们来房间服务。完全无法连接到WiFi，工作人员要么是劳累过度，要么完全不感兴趣。

旅者驿站位于南岸，地理位置优越，想要到中心商务区的各种设施、餐厅和公共交通的话，都很方便。不过如果有停车场的话会更好一点。预定、入住都很方便，客房和床都很舒服。
