In regards to the hotel itself, I can advise that we are actively working on plans to schedule and undertake various upgrades that will greatly improve and enhance our existing facilities, bathrooms being integral to these.

Thank you for posting your review, I appreciate the feedback provided. Disappointing, however, we fell short of your expectations, particularly in regards to our food offerings and staff interaction; the former to be shared with our Chef for his review. I would also sincerely apologise for any abruptness on the part of our staff, this is not what we would expect either. Customer service is our topmost priority and rest assured this will be addressed with the relevant areas so they are aware and improvements can be made.
