我们真的非常喜欢这家酒店，当我们到达酒店的是时候我们被告知我们当选了今天的特别来宾，我们可以升级一个海景房，还给了我们明天早上酒吧免费的饮料和早餐！这真的是个非常棒的惊喜啊因为我们今天很早就离开家坐了很早的航班到这里了！我们散步后回到我们漂亮的房间有一个很美味的蛋糕等着我们呢，提供给我们的客房晚餐服务很有效率食物很美味，第二天的早餐简直太棒了，好多食物供应，也有我们喜欢的鸡蛋，很棒的咖啡和服务员！！爱死这里了！在这里所有的体验是我们新西兰之旅的完美开始！

2019年8月，我们在索菲特奥克兰高架桥港口酒店住了三晚，酒店非常棒。我们有一个海景房，从这个房间可以看到美丽、宽敞、干净和安静的城市景色。工作人员给我们留下了深刻的印象，他们乐于助人，待人友好。早餐时的工作人员记住了我们的名字和我们喜欢吃的东西。我们在奥克兰也住过几家酒店，但索菲特奥克兰高架桥港口酒店是目前为止我们住过的最好的酒店之一，客户服务是让我们一次又一次回到这里的原因。干得好，谢谢工作人员。

我们在这家酒店住了两晚，体验很棒。我们的房间位于五层，从房间看出去是城市风景，并不是海景。不过我们不介意，因为能看到天空塔，视野非常好，每天晚上灯点亮后，非常漂亮。房间现代宽敞，咖啡机、水壶、和小冰箱旁边有一块单独区域，里面有一个小水池，我们很喜欢。床很大很舒服，旁边电视机的位置摆放的很奇怪(唯一的一点小缺点)，浴室很大，花洒和浴缸都很棒。洗漱用品也很好。工作人员非常友善且乐于助人，我们很喜欢这里的酒吧，里面有壁炉和咖啡机，早餐在这里吃，感觉很棒。

服务生非常亲切，房间也还满整齐干净的，但价格并不算便宜，一晚折合台币大约七八千块，感觉应该可以住到更高水准的地方。
