Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations in some aspects, we appreciate all constructive comments, giving us a better idea on future improvements.The room has been closed down for refurbishment and all your points will be actioned upon.
Our carpark is at a very competitive rate with the CBD hotels and it is secure.
We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future and enhancing your experience with us.

员工热情好客。房间整洁，现代化，浴室和卧室空间很大。酒店和我们要去的地方都很近。我在拜访家人和朋友的时候，在这里住了一个晚上。酒店位置很棒，员工十分友好。车可以停在附近或酒店内，价格合理。还会再次入住的。

我在奥克兰逗留了一段时间。很早就到了，值班的接待员非常友好地提供了一个行李房和免费的wifi。房间一尘不染，床也很舒服!我一定会再回来的!
