令人失望的

我正在商务旅行，我看了这家酒店的网站，它看起来很不错，也很合适我。但是从每天35美元的停车费到没有电视信号，在这里的居住令人感到失望。房间很大，这很好，但地毯又破又旧，地毯没有铺到有瓷砖的地方，所以有缝隙。客房服务不达标——在第一天里我房间里所有的脏毛巾都被留下了。我要了一条茶巾，他们却给我留下了一块肮脏的抹布。我同事的房间也差不多。但工作人员都很好。

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations in some aspects, we appreciate all constructive comments, giving us a better idea on future improvements.The room has been closed down for refurbishment and all your points will be actioned upon.

酒店位置很棒

员工热情好客。房间整洁，现代化，浴室和卧室空间很大。酒店和我们要去的地方都很近。我在拜访家人和朋友的时候，在这里住了一个晚上。酒店位置很棒，员工十分友好。车可以停在附近或酒店内，价格合理。还会再次入住的。

一次美妙的体验！

是CBD地区最好的酒店之一。我住了一晚，体验非常好。工作人员专业而友好。入住和退房既快捷又简单。早晚餐和客房服务也很棒！萨拉很乐于助人，也很有礼貌。我们一定会再回来的。

简单地说，他们有我需要的任何东西。位置很特别，服务很特别，员工很特别。我怎么推荐这个地方都不够。我的生活更轻松了因为我知道在奥克兰的时候住在哪里了。

很好的房间和友好的员工

我在奥克兰逗留了一段时间。很早就到了，值班的接待员非常友好地提供了一个行李房和免费的wifi。房间一尘不染，床也很舒服!我一定会再回来的!

很出色

房间非常干净、非常不错。所有员工都非常友好，而且非常了解当地区域。我们没有预付早餐的钱，但你可以随时多付点钱去吃，食物很美味
