多年前我们第一次去奥克兰，就顺道来了这家酒吧。热情好客的年轻酒吧服务员帮了大忙，饭菜很快就送到了，非常好吃。我丈夫还在喋喋不休地谈论他第二天在那儿吃的午饭。我们喜欢这里的气氛，这让我们想起了一家真正的酒吧。我们下次旅行一定会回来。

我不喜欢挑一个地方的刺儿，虽然它只是个酒店，但这家酒店真的很差。房间非常小,不舒服,没有空调,没有电梯,甚至当你有提前办退宿手续,都没有员工帮助,你拖着两个星期的行李，在闷热的楼梯井里爬了四段楼梯（我们的亲身的例子）。你甚至连最基本的设施都没有，比如房间里只有一个插座，浴室里只有一盏昏暗的小灯。我很感激他们没有假装自己很好，但即使是像我们那样住上一晚，我们也恨不得赶紧离开那里，越快越好！

2018年12月底住在这家酒店。酒店的房间很脏，不仅表面很脏，彻头彻尾全部都很脏。所有的表面都是灰尘，有些是厚厚的灰尘。地板上还有之前客人的物品，所以打扫的也不是很好。浴室里有污水和下水道的气味。当我向员工投诉时，他们很粗鲁，说“总会有一点灰尘”。从来没有见过经理。最后终于他也承认房间不达标，承诺12月底退款，但是我们至今未收到。在1月底还追踪过。目前3月初还是什么都没有。尽可能避免吧

We are sorry to hear nothing pleased you whereas a large number of valued visitors and guests from worldwide enjoy NZ's iconic hotel setting in a heritage classified building that is so rich with history and character, renowned for boutique accommodation rooms, the oldest microbrewery pub on site, and a historic restaurant that is so unique offering one of the best food and drinks in town in ambience, live kitchen and gallery, and above all our central location in Auckland CBD. Shakespeare Hotel Auckland is celebrating 120 years of serving Kiwis and tourists.
We understand the key issue appeared about the refund due to personal preferences. As advised earlier, since your booking was made on a third party agent website, it was to be processed by them only not the hotel. However, in order to assist you and going the extra mile, our Manager has recently arranged the refund processed for you.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused if any.

这家酒店拥有自己的啤酒厂。入住这里的客人在餐饮和酒水方面会有20%的折扣。唯一的缺点就是通往某些客房的楼梯数量。工作人员非常热心。酒店的位置特别棒，游览奥克兰很便利。步行只需要5分钟就能到海港以及很多各式餐馆。

Unfortunately, being it a classified heritage building built in 1898, there is no elevator. The beautiful stairs leading to the restaurant and the rooms have been a great attraction over the decades.
