我在这家酒店住得很愉快。所有的酒店员工都很棒，清洁工把我儿子的玩具都收好放在床上。太可爱了！酒店略显陈旧但是很干净，我们需要的东西都齐全。自助早餐很棒，门卫表现很好。

我是通过预订的方式订的酒店，尽管我是黄金会员，但是系统依然不允许预订。这家酒店很旧。房间里的热水器不工作，我请求他们来维修，但由于是周末，他们只给我提供了两天的饮用水加热器，尽管我要求前台要么维修要么更换房间。此外，因为一些原因热水锅炉停了但是也没有通知房间里的住客。我不得不把这个问题交给旅馆经理，让他去修理暖气。这家酒店地理位置优越，但几乎不提供任何一家洲际酒店应该有的服务。如果你还是要花费同等的价格，那就另找一家酒店吧。

我们在北岛露营了几日，在坐轮渡的前一晚预定了这里。不论是看所有的娱乐节目还是去餐馆或者商店都非常方便。价格很优惠，而且包含早餐，但是需要把我们的露营车停在酒店外面。房间和休息区都很好，在露营了两周之后住在这里感觉相当豪华并且舒适惬意。

酒店很好，位于中心地段，到很多地方都很近。客房很好，门童非常热情的为我们要去的景点指路。有一个小小的不满是，我们入住的时候已经很晚了，前台有点咄咄逼人的要给我们升级到很贵的套房，但被我们拒绝了。如果客人入住的时间很晚，而酒店还有很多空房，只要给客人免费升级客房就好，毕竟房间空着也是空着。除此以外，住的都很好，酒店位置便利，我下次还会住这里。
