这个酒店非常不错，房间很大，有客厅，厨房，卧室，阳台风景很好，直接面对着皇后镇的湖，可以看到雪山，房间非常干净，车库直接和房间在一层，拿东西很方便，几分钟就可以开车到镇区中心，交通非常方便，客厅有电视和暖炉，温度非常舒适，厨房设备比较齐全，可以在房间直接做饭吃，坐在沙发上就可以看到外面的好风景，非常不错，评论要求200个字实在是有点太长了，比较难写，不过还是凑一下字数吧，凑满了字数再发出去，总体上非常好。

Thank you reviewing your recent stay at Oaks Club.
I'm thriller to read you enjoyed the well-appointed modern contemporary apartment and views from the balcony. It is bit sad to read that you were sick during your holiday. I'm sure the views have made you feel better and you had a speedy recovery.
Unfortunately we don't have restaurant on-site but our sister property close by has fantastic restaurant overlooking lake and mountain ranges and we highly recommend our guests to try the food. I hope you received the menu on arrival. We can also organise our complementary shuttle service to transport diners to our sister property's restaurant.

令人惊叹的位置和景色。要注意淋浴温度会突然变化，以免烫伤你。这些房间是宽敞的，美丽又温暖，还有神奇的湖景。我们喜欢的是这里靠近城镇和滑雪场。工作人员不是很称职，也不是很乐于助人。如果你忽略这一点，也不需要找工作人员的话，你在这里会过得很愉快。

这些房间的视野极好，但急需翻新。网上的照片并没有反映这家酒店的真实情况。我们搬了三次房间才找到一个稍微合适的房间，即使那个房间依然很旧，而且有一股潮湿闷热的气味。在这段时间里，另一位客人也来到前台，抱怨他们的房间和照片上的不一样。工作人员早已经想好回应的措辞，一个服务员告诉我，网上的照片是另一家酒店的，而不是这家酒店。在昆斯敦有很多好酒店可供选择，我下次肯定会选择其他的酒店。
