工作人员对房间和细节的关注绝对完美无暇。由于飞往皇后镇的航班延误，我和Husby会晚到，所以我们给酒店发了邮件，让他们知道我们将在晚上9点之后到达。可是在我们意料之外的是..在完全黑暗且温度差不多接近0度的条件下驾驶了2小时后，很高兴到达我们的家外之家，里面的加热器融化了我们的寒冷。感谢工作人员如此周到，并给出了在长途驾驶之前在皇后镇吃点东西的建议！强烈推荐，我们肯定会回来！

最好的位置，大房间，很干净，服务很好，虽然只有一位女士和一个清洁用的工具。Te Anau湖就在街对面，离市中心只有10分钟的路程。停车位就在房间前面。非常适合在从皇后镇到米尔福德湾的公路旅行。

我们住在一个有两间卧室的单元房里。自从这里经过改造之后，他们会根据客户的出发日期灵活调整。服务很棒，他们还会送上巧克力给客人，这是一个很贴心的小举动。加热器非常好。家具、配件的质量和风格都很好。湖上的景色是我所见过的最好的。老板很善良，很会关心人，而且态度友好。旅馆的地理位置非常棒。完全推荐给任何想要住在一个好地方的人们。:)
