thank you for choosing our hotel for your vacation and for your kind feedback, we appreciate it very much!
I am sorry to see that you weren´t able to enjoy your time with us to your full expectations.
Our aim is to satisfy all kinds of visitors so for a breakfast we offer among other delicious products fresh from oven pastry, high quality prosecco, every day a different hot food selection, soya milk, fresh (and I mean a real fresh) orange juice, exclusive cheese selection, etc.
As for the beds, it is the best quality we were able to purchase and we often get asked for the brand by our guests so that they can get it as well. I am trully sorry that you didn´t enjoy it.
Oh, and on a request we also do soften the mattresses anytime. Hardening would be a much more difficult task.
