First and foremost let me thank you for taking your time to review us on Tripadvisor!
It was such a pleasure to have you staying with us and I am thrilled to read of what an enjoyable experience you had. It is truly a great benefit that we are located in the center of Budapest, close to the sights, the river and the main square.
We are all very passionate about the job we do so receiving such a nice feedback regarding the staff makes a huge difference, let me thank you for highlighting their kindness and the service you received from the team. I am also thrilled to hear that you and your fiancée found your room comfortable and big enough to relax.
I would recommend you to try our breakfast buffet if your travel plans brings you back to us in the future, it also has a wide selection of breads, pastries and coffees to give you a start for the day!
I very much hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the near future!

地理位置优越，是许多观光景点、购物点和餐馆的中心。无障碍公共汽车和火车在拐角处就可乘坐。我们的房间干净舒适，很宽敞。在夏季拥有一台空调是件好事！总的来说，我们对这家酒店很满意。小贴士：在主入口的右侧有一家面包店，提供速食早餐或烘焙食品。他们的面包是新鲜出炉的，我们喜欢在那里停下来吃点快餐或喝杯咖啡，价格很高！

I am really pleased to learn that you had spent an enjoyable holiday with us and that you were satisfied with our Hotel, starting from the excellent location; being so close to most of the sights, restaurants and shopping center is really convenient to all of our guests. Your appreciation towards the size of the room and the air-condition is a great pleasure and it is so nice to read that we could meet your expectations and help to have a memorable stay!
I am also glad that you liked our well-known bakery with its fresh and wide selection, for your next stay I can also recommend you to try our buffet breakfast which also has a great selection of breads, pastries and coffees.

虽然只在这家酒店住了一晚，但是我们得到了非常棒的服务，非常喜欢这家酒店!前台员工(英格里德,彼得,和其他人)非常乐于助人，做了无数的工作——帮助我们找到地下火车站方向,为我们叫了一辆出租车,推荐和为我们预约好餐馆——他们竭尽全力确保我们感到受欢迎和舒适。自助早餐很美味，有很多选择。房间干净又安静。

这家酒店的现代感和工业感与布达佩斯的历史氛围有了冲突。从某种程度上说，住在一个空荡荡的、病房一般的房间里让人感觉非常舒服。工作人员非常乐于助人......酒店的位置很好，位于市中心。

我们在布达佩斯的泽尼特宫度过了多么美好的一段时光！我和我的家人在两个相邻的房间里住了7个晚上(5月22日至29日)。员工们，每个人都非常专业并且乐于助人。在我们办理入住手续时，前台的Bettina非常友好，后来在附近的一家餐厅为我们预订了房间。早餐吧是我在欧洲吃过的最好的，也许也是我在美国吃过的最好的！有这样一个不错的选择，包括煎蛋的方式，新鲜面包，糕点，和新鲜挤压橙汁。我们也特别感谢每天早上入住早餐时迎接我们的那位先生。您可以步行到大多数观光目的地，距离多瑙河只有一个街区。如果我们再次回到布达佩斯的时候，一定会再次留在这里！

Thank you so much for taking the time to review Hotel Zenit Budapest Palace following your recent stay with us on TripAdvisor. It is with delight to read that the connecting room configuration was excellent for your stay as they are indeed very spacious and you may feel like being at home. It really makes an enormous difference to the team when such glowing reviews are received. We genuinely enjoy the work we do, however it is touching to be personally recognised – as Bettina and Gabor have been in your feedback.
Thank you for mentioning our extensive breakfast buffet selection as we are all working very hard making sure each and every single guest would find something to their liking. The egg dishes are certainly prepared just in front of you as you wish and all the breads, rolls and pastries are prepared in the bakery next-door.
We are pleased to see that you benefited from our central location as well, we are indeed very lucky as we are just in the middle of this beautiful city making it very easy to explore all attractions from the hotel.
We very much hope to have the opportunity of welcoming you back soon again.

我在出差的时候来这家酒店住了一个晚上，也有机会四处看看。酒店地理位置优越，可以轻而易举地步行到河边、购物场所和一些历史古迹，不需要使用出租车或其他交通工具。酒店大堂很漂亮，非常明亮，日光灯整日都开着。接待人员也十分热情。我住在四楼，那是一个屋顶的房间，尽管房间不大，但如果你不是一心想住那种豪华酒店的话，那么这里还挺实用的。
