酒店有点偏僻，所以你得走一段路才能到旅游景点。这里的工作人员给人的印象有点粗鲁。酒店里的食物很差。他们有很多张贴物说他们是一家绿色酒店，但只在房间里提供一次性杯子。房间给人一种干净、相当现代的感觉。迷你吧的东西很贵，我会去当地的商店。

地理位置优越，靠近电车和地铁站，可以看到国会大厦绝美的景色。你可以从酒店步行到布达(Buda)山老城区和Maamut购物区。房间还可以，床和枕头都非常舒服。酒店宣传有4星，但它还需要做些升级改进才能达到酒店宣称的。地毯是脏的，电梯混乱无序，管家很瘦小。有客人的食物托盘放在走廊里至少2天了。前台和餐台有很多工作人员，不过清洁房间的工作人员很少（清洁工看起来过度劳累和精疲力尽了）。总的来说，这是一家一般水平的酒店。

这家酒店的位置和视野很棒。它位于多瑙河沿岸，与欧洲最大的议会大厦之一——匈牙利议会大厦隔河相对。前台服务又快又好。房间大小正合适。卫生间与浴缸是分开的。床比较一般，枕头较小。房间很干净，我住得很愉快。它附近有超市。我一定会回来的。

先让我谈谈我在星级酒店以及全球其他Novotel酒店的经历。这家酒店有个工作人员很是粗鲁无礼。客房不干净。当提出很普通的一个要求，比如很少的几个电视频道在房间里还接收不到信号，请帮忙来看看，就听到前台工作人员生气地用力砸了一下跟我通话的电话，紧接着，就很无耻地告诉我，如果你不喜欢住在这里，可以退房。不夸张地说我很震惊生气。最后，第二天就退房了，入住了另外一个附近的星级酒店，客房更好，工作人员很出色。

我将在3月31日下午7点从韩国出发抵达诺富特多瑙河。我想要在诺富特多瑙河酒店入住。我在诺富特多瑙河预订了3月31日至4月1日两天的住宿。我想在这两天住在能看到河景的房间，但是因为4月1日没有河景房了，所以我只能预订其他类型的房间。我一个人出来旅行，带着行李旅行的话很困难，所以很尴尬，如果是这样的话，我就只能在旅行中退一次房。因此，想请问一下，你们有没有可能可以帮我一下？我为此发了封邮件，还烦请查收。如果你们能帮到我的话，那我的布达佩斯之旅将会十分开心。非常感谢！
