Thank you for your comments with regard to quality of towels, lack of bathroom amenities namely shampoo, conditioner. Washcloth is provided on request; washing up of used dishes is done by housekeeping ladies.
Due to historical nature of the building there is no elevator but our Front Office colleagues may help you with delivery of luggage to your suite.
We regret to hear that you feel a bit disappointed after your stay with us and are to arrange for improvements where it is possible considering your comments above.
