用餐气氛非常棒,服务员的餐点知识强烈,会推荐你该搭配的红酒,开放明亮的用餐气氛跟服务员不拘禁的制服,都体现了这家餐厅的精神

这家餐厅的员工都穿着T恤,而不是更为正式的服装。从我们的位置可以看到一座花园,是为了纪念多姆·佩里尼翁而修建的,但人工草皮莳弄得非常糟糕。餐厅的入口非常正规,很漂亮。服务员为我们开了一瓶开胃酒,完全没有考虑到如何与我们所点的食物搭配,只想着把这瓶酒推销给我们。我们看到,服务员时不时地推着一辆手推车,里面装了许多红酒,在餐厅里转来转去,这一行为令人困惑不堪。菜单非常棒,把每一道菜肴都介绍得明明白白。我们点的主菜和开胃菜都很美味,尤其是鱼子酱,色香味俱全。不过,餐厅有一些小细节没有做到位,比如说,有一些事情必须经过我再三提醒,服务员才恍然大悟,他们似乎缺乏干净利落的做事风范,这一点令人失望。要知道,我们是怀着万分期待到这家餐厅用餐的,因为多年来,这家米其林餐厅一直声名显赫,享有很好的声誉,但盛名之下,我们还是稍微有些失望。
开胃菜很好,但主菜是灾难。要如何向两位专业的大厨说明鱼是淡水鱼,但吃起来和闻起来都不像是淡水鱼呢?我对这种烹饪习惯感到非常难过。因此我不推荐这家餐厅,抱歉。

To begin with we would like to thank you for sharing your personal opinion here on TripAdvisor.
We are very sorry that you did not like your sterlet fillet course. As soon as you have mentioned it, the manager has appeared straight at your table and asked you what was the problem with the dish. You told her, that you think there is something wrong with the fish. We took it away straight and asked the head chef to do a double check on it. He found it in perfect condition. We have been working together with a fish farm for many years now, and they provide us our fresh sturgeon type fish selection and caviar as well under our supervision. As it is a certain type of sturgeon, which you can not really try and taste in many places we wanted to make sure if we have provided you all the informations about the texture and the taste of the dish. That is the reason why we tried to explain it. As a professional chef, you probably understand, that we treat every single customer the same way in our restaurant. We have offered you to try another main course if you do not like our sterlet, which you did not accept. Honestly, we feel sorry that you did not leave the restaurant with a nice dining experience, but our head chef would be more than greatful to invite you to his kitchen to chat about our signature ingredient, the sterlet! Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding an appointment.
