First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the unpleasant experience you had whilst dining at our restaurant. What a pity that you had to leave our place with such a bad taste in your mouth!

Besides the delicious and exquisite food we serve, it is truly the service in which we pride ourselves. Each and every one of our waiters goes above and beyond to ensure that our guests have a wonderful time here. It is very regrettable and makes us surprised that you did not experience our loving hospitality. On behalf of the waiter who served you, we apologize for the bad attitude; however, we are sure that our colleague did not want to be disrespectful. We are also deeply sorry for the backache – we have not received such complaints about the chairs before.
