这家旅馆很现代化，离旧城大约10分钟路程。到达旅馆的路途有点复杂，需要穿过几条主要道路。房间很大，我们住的是豪华套房，地下室的桑拿房是个不错的选择。然而，现代饭店有提高的空间-地毯有点脏，有一些呕吐物的痕迹，员工的服务水平也有待提高。否则，里加中心附近的一家大酒店会是更好的选择。

On behalf of our entire Mercure team we would like to thank you for your warm comments and such a detailed and helpful review.
We are delighted to read that you did enjoy your room and our SPA facilities as well as hotel's location.
I was however concerned to learn that, on this occasion, we failed to deliver our normal high standards of service in housekeeping department. Please accept my sincere apologies for the undue inconvenience and please be informed that at the moment Housekeeping department is already going thtough all the rooms with general cleaning of each.
I trust you will give us a second chance of welcoming you back at Mercure Riga Centre under more favorable auspices in a not too distant future.

我们在这家酒店住了一夜。我的酒店房间正好位于楼下的夜总会/活动场地的上方，音乐一直持续到午夜，尽管接待员告诉我很多次，他们在晚上11点前就会停下来。不确定这种情况在酒店是不是常事。免费按摩浴缸和桑拿似乎要10欧元一个人，当我们尝试去那里时。早餐很糟糕，大多数食物和热水都是冷的。如果坐车去的话，地点是可以的，否则我会避开。

很好，干净舒适的酒店。靠近奥里加商城。有日升店，对面还有其他餐馆。酒店员工很合作。总是关心和帮助我们。早餐天天都是一样的。这是唯一让我失望的。这个价格远远超出了预期。

酒店位于繁忙的路口，所以晚上的交通噪音相当吵。不过，它就在老城区外，步行即可到达景点。酒店本身很好，非常干净，房间大小适中，有淋浴。在寒冷的天气，洗个热水澡很棒。床很舒服，早餐十分丰富，供应各种欧式面包和糕点、奶酪、肉类和熟食。员工见多识广，非常乐于助人。前台的克里斯蒂安人非常好，他给我们提供了许多信息和建议。
