As far as dining, if we cannot keep your attention with our full service restaurant or rooftop lounge, we have an abundance of restaurants in walking distance from fast casual to white cloth dining. We are sorry that we were not able to get you oriented in the right direction for a recommendation.

We apologize that you did not feel this hotel met your expectations. We actually get a ton of reviews as seen below regarding our amenities, services and staff.
Our Fire Station, although directly below the hotel has control of traffic signals and do not turn on any visual or audible notifers until they are 4 blocks away from the hotel. The "funeral building" is the Federal Forensics lab that does not produce any noise.
Our neighborhood is within walking distance of museums, restaurants, a grocery store and plenty of other local attractions.
We formally apologize for not providing a positively memorable stay. We hope that if you are in the District again, you allow us to use your feedback to show you the beauty in our property, neighborhood, service and staff.

Being City-Centric, there is a slight hum of the District that you can expect in any other major city, we do find that many of our guests are not bothered by any outdoor activity.
