多么可惜我们只在这里住了一个晚上(我们很晚才到,离开的又很早!)这个地方看上去质量很好。我们的房间很大而且安排的很好。床很舒服,员工非常的乐于助人,而且因为我们启程很早他们还帮我们安排好盒装的早餐,一点都不嫌麻烦。我很高兴能把这家酒店推荐给其他人。

令人愉快的酒店,套间很棒。但是有几个地方不是很满意。去健身房的时候你自己要买好多装备,还有网速也忒慢了吧。除开这些其他地方还是挺满意的!

我不喜欢给差评,也不会说细节,但是从登记入住到吃饭再到退房,效率经常很低。我们真的觉得花了不少钱,住得还很不值。而且,2015年5月酒店里面在施工,也没贴告示,非常吵。由于某种原因走廊是那种复合地板,也很响。提醒一下大家。

我租的是一件带厨房的景观房,但是实际上我得到的房间里没有厨房,而且只能看到一个很小的封闭的庭院,墙壁足足有12英尺高(309房间)。当我询问前台的时候,他们告诉哦这儿根本没有房间是配有厨房的,跟酒店主页上的广告不一样。而且那个时候他们也没有空余的景观房。这是真的吗?如果是的话,为什么网页上不是这么说的?电梯的控制系统不好,我两次被门夹到。淋浴的水压小的可怜,当我向前台投诉时,他们说会马上来给我修理,但是没有。在危地马拉城都很多价格差不多但是要好得多的酒店。

Radisson酒店最近为提高服务水平,改善酒店外观,做了很多实事。我之前来过这里几次,印象深刻。现在,房间都很现代风,床单也升级了,是我睡过的最好的几种之一,充足的配套设施让我们的商务之旅非常愉悦。这里的员工乐于帮助我们。酒店地址是Guatemala城 Zona 10号,配套有机场的接送服务,这些都让我们这样的商务出差人士觉得物有所值。
