多么可惜我们只在这里住了一个晚上（我们很晚才到，离开的又很早！）这个地方看上去质量很好。我们的房间很大而且安排的很好。床很舒服，员工非常的乐于助人，而且因为我们启程很早他们还帮我们安排好盒装的早餐，一点都不嫌麻烦。我很高兴能把这家酒店推荐给其他人。

令人愉快的酒店，套间很棒。但是有几个地方不是很满意。去健身房的时候你自己要买好多装备，还有网速也忒慢了吧。除开这些其他地方还是挺满意的！

我不喜欢给差评，也不会说细节，但是从登记入住到吃饭再到退房，效率经常很低。我们真的觉得花了不少钱，住得还很不值。而且，2015年5月酒店里面在施工，也没贴告示，非常吵。由于某种原因走廊是那种复合地板，也很响。提醒一下大家。

我租的是一件带厨房的景观房，但是实际上我得到的房间里没有厨房，而且只能看到一个很小的封闭的庭院，墙壁足足有12英尺高（309房间）。当我询问前台的时候，他们告诉哦这儿根本没有房间是配有厨房的，跟酒店主页上的广告不一样。而且那个时候他们也没有空余的景观房。这是真的吗？如果是的话，为什么网页上不是这么说的？电梯的控制系统不好，我两次被门夹到。淋浴的水压小的可怜，当我向前台投诉时，他们说会马上来给我修理，但是没有。在危地马拉城都很多价格差不多但是要好得多的酒店。

We want to inform you that your message has been transferred to our Reservations department for them to know about the problems you had with your reservations, we are making our best effort for similar situations doesnt happend again in the future.
Regarding the view of our Suites we want to inform you that unfortunately not all our Suites has a complete view, we apologize for any inconvenient this may have caused you. Your message has been also transferred to our maintenance department for them to know the problem you had regarding our elevators service.
We apologize we did not have any rooms available with a complete view during your stay.

Radisson酒店最近为提高服务水平，改善酒店外观，做了很多实事。我之前来过这里几次，印象深刻。现在，房间都很现代风，床单也升级了，是我睡过的最好的几种之一，充足的配套设施让我们的商务之旅非常愉悦。这里的员工乐于帮助我们。酒店地址是Guatemala城 Zona 10号，配套有机场的接送服务，这些都让我们这样的商务出差人士觉得物有所值。
