极好的酒店，极好的员工。房间很宽敞，服务无可挑剔，酒店很干净，就在海滩边上，距离主要景点和商店、饭店、酒吧都很近。客房服务很棒，温泉和浴室都很棒，即使我们没有提前预约也接待了我们。前台的贾米拉服务非常棒，人很好，乐于助人，前台的所有员工都不错，很可惜我没能记住每一个人的名字。但是这家酒店非常适合情侣出行或者独自出差的人。如果去卡萨布兰卡的话，我会推荐这家酒店。更多

这家酒店坐落在摩洛哥大西洋海滩上，有着恢弘的法式建筑设计。它远离卡萨布兰卡市区，所以也是一个极佳的旅行胜地。酒店里有三家餐厅，提供摩洛哥和法国佳肴。工作人员很热情，虽然有些人不能用英语交流。另外，房间里看到的海景绝赞。

这是个庆祝生日的好地方，来旅行的时候恰逢斋戒月，几乎不可能买到酒，在此之后能够喝到酒对于过生日的男生来说真是难得的享受。酒店令人印象深刻，靠近海滩。客房干净而舒适，工作人员总体上来说都非常热心友好。推荐。

粗鲁无知的员工让我们觉得自己是个智障，特别是在餐厅里。尘土飞扬且过时的房间，很多设备无法使用，我们在预定时没有注意到这点。不提供洗漱用品，不提供厕所用纸，不提供早餐，他们真的不在乎我们是否住在那里。唯一让人满意的是个好心的酒吧男服务员，一直在为没有提供食物甚至为缺少制作饮料的冰块而道歉。服务真的很差！

I am quite embarassed to hear about the unfortunate series of issues you encountered during your stay and assure you this is not reflective of the level of service we continually strive to offer our guest's. I will look into the matter with our team to identify the issues and to make sure that this is not repeated for future guest's.
