We are glad to know that you enjoyed your hammam spa treatment with us, but disappointed to learn that there were some unpleasant moments for you. Our goal is to offer a special spa experience that leaves you feeling wonderfully and completely relaxed. Our spa therapists have been carefully trained to manage their time in a manner that allows our spa guests to enjoy their entire appointment time with us at a comfortable pace. You should have never been made to feel rushed after your treatment and we have taken steps to insure that this does not happen again.
We were also sorry to know that you felt cramped when you were changing. This was completely unnecessary since the relaxation room, directly connected to the small changing room, is also used to be used by our guests for changing and dressing. Our apologies for not making this clear to you.
We regret that you found yourselves alone at the time when you were ready to pay and depart. Our spa guests are always invited to enjoy the use of Riad Laaroussa and we were glad that you chose to relax and take your time with us at the Riad after your spa treatment. Unfortunately, although our front desk is always staffed, we neglected to touch base with you when we had to step away for a short time while we were taking arriving Riad guests to their rooms. We can appreciate that it must have been frustrating to be ready to leave and to be in a hurry and find no one there to assist you.
