We appreciate the time it takes to bring to our attention the service issues that you experienced at our property. Your comments are taken very seriously and are fully investigated by each department manager to ensure that we constantly improve our standards.

这家酒店不值这个价钱。服务速度非常慢，房间过时，室内装潢非常肮脏。 床都是凹凸不平的。地毯上也有痕迹，我不确定它们上次是否被清洁过了。健身中心也是一个糟糕的体验。房间很脏，地上都是纸张和毛巾，垃圾桶里堆满了垃圾。空调设置为13摄氏度，但几乎不工作。天花板有一部分都分离了，跑步机如此不稳定，如果他们不先掉下来，就可能会落在使用第二台跑步机的可怜人身上。这里有2台跑步机和2台自行车，但如果有人在做重量练习，这些都不能使用。有几个客人都下来然后离开了，因为他们都不能接受这些。
