酒店的服务很好，不过酒店到机场的班车接送服务很糟糕。司机早上6:30把我们放在了航站楼的外侧，这里还得走很长段路才能到航站楼，所以我们在雨里淋了很久，这是我们后来才发现的。而这都是因为司机对机场不熟，所以这点真的很令我们沮丧。

I’m deeply sorry to read that you had such a frustrating experience at the airport due to our shuttle service. Please accept my sincere apology. We are extremely alarmed by your unpleasant departure experience and appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We take this situation very seriously indeed and will ensure this will not happen again
