酒店就在国王大道旁边，所以晚上去吃美食或是到周围购物很方便，如果能找到的话离泰米尔走路十分钟距离。酒店的装修充满喜马拉雅风格，房间、会议室、用餐区达到国际高水准，坐在花园里喝茶很惬意，雨天坐在餐厅用餐，看着窗外的红砖建筑别有一番味道。夏天宾馆和房间里的冷气很足。适合与来自世界各国朋友在此聚会，也是搞商务活动的好地方。
除了每天早上的早餐以外，每周还有本周特别的菜肴，酒店会定期请来来自世界各地的大厨一展身手。平时在休息区可以点一些小吃、冰激凌、咖啡和茶水。比起加都很多酒店来说，大堂和花园够大。二楼用餐区晚上和朋友喝点小酒看看球赛也不错。
套间被装修成具有浓浓尼泊尔风格，卫生间洁净水准一流，如果不怕花钱住在顶级豪华套里还可以自己做饭。
酒店也可以安排接机，总体来说短住非常方便，如果长住也不会觉得腻。

Royal Singi酒店距离加德满都机场只有15分钟车程，酒店的住宿条件很棒，卧室干净舒适，设有餐厅和卖咖啡、蛋糕的小亭子（我个人推荐苹果派！！），外汇兑换设施齐全，工作人员细心周到。

我攀登珠峰南侧大本营之前和之后，在皇家新基酒店住了几个星期。 大多数设施都很棒，有些房间不如其他房间好，我的第一个房间是个比较老旧的房间，淋浴到处喷洒，厕所泄漏。 我的第二个房间很好，没有任何可投诉的地方，但他们在楼梯下翻新时声音有点吵人。我喜欢这里的大多数员工，他们非常乐于助人。 这里很靠近商店和食品市场。
