我两人从樟木口岸过来尼泊尔，到加德满都，直接报了旅游，曲奇特旺了看了犀牛，坐了大象，路上风景非常优美，然后去博卡拉看了日出，划了降落伞，坐了船，看了瀑布，很不错的体验，准备下一次在带家人一起过来游玩.

2024年6月29日，我和我的朋友到加德满都一日游，导游笑果（泥泊尔名字Govinda Lamichhane）带我们游览了猴庙、帕斯帕提那、大佛塔、帕坦广场、加德满都毒霸广场5个景点，笑果导游中文流利，讲解非常详细，态度和蔼，服务周到热情。后来还了解到他还是瑜伽老师，期待下次来泥泊尔再见到他。希望到泥泊尔旅游的游客请他当导游。

寺庙很多很多很多，吃的以西餐为主，尼泊尔餐就是不同配菜的手抓饭，当地人都比较善良，和蔼，交通基础比较差，5.6月比较热，其他还能适应。3个人两天市内包车和导游，共计1500元人民币，还算合理。it.was.wounderful trip

尼泊尔是一个拥有丰富历史和文化的国家，以下是一个加德满都一日游的建议路线：
- 上午：参观加德满都的标志性建筑杜巴广场，欣赏古老的庙宇、精美的雕塑和传统的建筑风格。可以在广场上漫步，感受当地的文化氛围，并拍照留念。
- 中午：在杜巴广场附近的餐馆品尝当地的特色美食，如烤肉串、咖喱面等。如果时间充裕，可以前往泰米尔街，这里有各种特产、纪念品以及咖啡馆和餐厅。
- 下午：前往博达哈大佛塔，这是世界上最大的圆形佛塔之一，也是尼泊尔藏传佛教的圣地。可以跟着人群一起转佛塔，感受宗教的庄严和宁静。之后可以找一家咖啡馆坐着喝杯咖啡，欣赏周边的风景。

第一次来尼泊尔徒步，体验户外天堂的感觉。前几天感觉中国人说的“驴友”原来是我们走的是驴子的路，所以…哈哈😊
第二个感觉是这里的住宿条件比较艰苦，沿路基本也没有信号，让人体会到原始的味道thank you team for wonderful holiday.

愉快又开心的MCT大环线徒步活动，圆满完成，过程开心，，虽然累，但是值得👍👍
这次非常感谢马尼先生和向导巴桑和背夫们的一路帮忙，正确指引和沿途的开心互助，令大家在这次MCt环线徒步活动过程中都很开心，很顺利，徒步是我们的爱好，看路上美景更是很好的收获，希望下次其它路线还继续，谢谢！！！
