I am sorry to hear about the issues with breakfast and that your experience was not happy with us. I have checked and that your booking with booking.com 2003651053 was booked under room only and breakfast was not included on 9th April 2017.
However it was under our staff mistake to assume that breakfast was included and later check it was not. Hence no breakfast was not provided the next morning. Since my staff already ask for the breakfast time for you. Regardless if you booked the breakfast or not they should have provided the breakfast.
