We have noted your comment about Air-con noisy, we do apologized for any inconvenience that may cause to you as this is not our standard provided to our customer at all. Pertaining to the room location, all Chic Room type are located on Residential view side. We would recommend you to book Urban room with City view or Breezy room with Panoramic and high floor to enjoy the view on your next visit.
