不错的酒店

虽然酒店不是市中心，但酒店房很干净，酒店早餐也很不错，主要是泳池员工Sa-Tang服务态度非常好，有问题会很热心解答，值得加许！！！

酒店柜台及房务很亲切服务很好，房间浴缸会漏水，洗澡水温忽冷忽热，洗一下就没有热水，房间床很舒服，有客厅及阳台很宽敞，夜景view不错，顶楼Zoom服务态度不佳，调酒好喝夜景美

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience that you were mentioned for the facilities of the hotel and room conditions may not meet your expectations from your last visited here with us.

However we appreciated your patient and some positive comment for hotel location, with kind understanding in this matter and we can assure you that this is an isolated incident and that the Anantara Sathorn, can indeed do better to accommodate you

服务很棒

服务非常专业亲切友善，感受到每一位服务人员竭诚想要提供协助。电梯的数量以住房率来说太少，电梯的插入房卡按楼层这个步骤，每一天都有看到其他旅客无法顺利按下欲前往的楼层按钮

难忘的旅程

饭店员工服务很有热诚也很贴心，进饭店会有迎宾饮料跟相关说明，入住时叫了客房服务跟要求送东西进房也都很迅速!!!然后顶楼skybar夜景超美，一定要去看一下~~

是一间会让人离开觉得依依不舍的饭店

饭店员工服务热忱，面有一位golf的员工，非常会替客人着想，也会提供宝贵的意见，而且会露出超级灿烂的笑容，会让人回到饭店就像回到家一样温暖及轻松自在

值得再次造访的饭店

我们于9/20入住，9/22退房，在这里住宿让我这个假期划下完美的句点。房间宽敞舒适，床和枕头也很好入眠，饭店的服务人员亲切热情，2天早餐的餐厅服务生都展现工作的热忱，还有其中一位负责行李的服务人员golf,知道我们要去按摩，还亲切的要帮我们打电话预约，出入饭店时也很礼貌的跟我们打招呼。
