曼谷大仓新颐酒店总是在意顾客的感受、照顾顾客的需求。
非常好的地点位置、饭店外就是BTS、大楼一楼还有7-11、咖啡馆、美心、附近有很多百货。
目前是COVID -19的期间、消毒过的房间都会在房门上贴上封口贴、确认不会有其他人进入房间、客房内还有外出的口罩及消毒液、早餐也改为点餐后服务人员会送至餐桌、但无限量供应。
入住时还没出示订房编号、柜台人员已经喊出我的名字。真的很细心。这次有一位小朋友随行、客房内还有小朋友的拖鞋很可爱。
要外出时concierges主动协助交通工具。
他们总是会主动发现顾客的寻求、很多这种小细节堆积起来的满意度！ 令人安心与舒适的饭店。

虽然此次入住有点仓促 但是酒店还是很快的帮我们处理好订房的相关讯息, 因为靠近捷运站 酒店位置很不错, 服务也是很好 不论是柜台人员 还是餐厅的工作人员 都很亲切 也会一直来询问餐点是否OK 有没有需要帮忙的地方; 房间大小适中 有大面落地窗 可以看户外的风景, 有机会再到曼谷 会再次选择入住大仓!

三个月内两次入住，今次共12人入住，大家都很满意。我本人最爱泳池夜景及早餐。特别要多谢Ms Jittra and Mr Boe他俩的热情招待，令我们陪感轻松愉快及很有亲切感。

曼谷大仓酒店是一间十分出色酒店，在2019年我分别去了曼谷三次旅行，这三次旅行我都选择入住曼谷大仓酒店，因为这一间酒店邻近BTS站，酒店房间非常之干净和舒服，员工也十分亲切，我每次都是入住okura club room,哪里有一非常之舒服和景观一流的lounge ,酒店的自助餐早餐食物品种非常之多，味道也非常好！还有酒店里的日本餐厅山里水准十分之高，本人认为山里餐厅是曼谷最好嘅日本餐厅，所以每次入住曼谷大仓酒店我必定会去山里食饭。还要特别感谢酒店员工Mr. Hasebe 佢对每一个客人嘅意见都会好重视。所以在2020年2月份我再去曼谷都会入住呢间曼谷大仓酒店。
