总体感觉挺棒的。比如环境、早餐、随处可见服务员的微笑、对客人的尊重。但是绝大部分服务员的中文水平比较欠缺,就算前台办理入住和结账的窗口服务人员也完全不会中文,这会给来自中国的客户带来不是很好的体验。

酒店位置好,购物很方便,服务人员很热情,主动询问客人需要什么帮助吗,,比较安静,晚上睡眠很好,卫生环境很好,早餐丰盛,味道也是很好的

第一次在曼谷入住这间酒店3晚,选择的原因是价钱不错和离机场只是太约15分钟的车程。但有些地方需要改善,今晚是入住第2天,更换毛巾后发现毛巾是脏的。另外洗手间经常有异味,另外洗手间也有不小蚊子。另外我家人在另一间房间也有问题,在洗澡时洗手间外去水位不断有水涌出,导致洗手间地面水浸。希望酒店改善一下。这些问题都是会严重影响客人体验!

周遭附近有很多的小贩跟百货可以逛,是一个很值得住宿的好地方,饭店环境也很优不过我不喜欢的一点就是冰箱内冰满满属于付费饮品,造成我们自行买回的东西要冰没地方放美中不足之一

酒店不在市中心,但连接着一个大型商场所以买东西,吃饭也很方便。
但房内WiFi 接收非常差连不到酒店WiFi ,要用自己电话的漫游数据!☹️
