这家酒店的位置、服务、酒店设施都是一流的，就是东亚文化里面在卧室墙上放浮雕有点吓人，泳池有一点点脏，其他都是完美的。我们入住期间，在进店和离开的时候都得到了很好的帮助，大堂员工态度很好，总是挂着笑容打招呼，部分员工英文弱了点但是完全不影响交流（其实可以增加一点会中文的员工）。早餐非常棒，选择很多。升级后的房间面积大，设施也是一流的。

We also appreciate your candid feedback regarding the reliefs in the bedrooms. We understand your perspective and will certainly take it into consideration. We're also looking into the pool cleanliness to ensure it consistently meets our high standards.
We're delighted to hear that our staff, despite some language differences, were able to provide you with excellent service and that you enjoyed the breakfast and the upgraded room. We are always striving to improve, and your feedback is invaluable in this process. We will consider your suggestion regarding Chinese-speaking staff.

这里的床非常舒服；马杀鸡也超级棒，遇到的Por、Penny、Ampere、Toey帮助我们很多；早餐也很丰盛；工作人员都很专业很棒，下次还会再来
