我会员号550899301Y 实名投诉这家君悦
从入住起就很糟心 首先等房等到5点半 没人联络
到了房间一级没升级 说次日给我更好的房间 到了次日没人联络 去前台询问 前台一副事不关己 去到泳池 泳池不开放 也没有提前邮件告知 再也不会入住！住过最差的君悦

地点位置很好，行去BTS 只需5分钟！行街Big C ,The market , central world , siam paragon 一条天桥不用晒就可以去到！ 房间很干净，1天执2次房、早餐可能现在疫症问题，早晨不是自助的，觉得很好，为都旅客着想！服务人员都很好！下一次我都会选择此酒店！

每次身边的朋友问起去曼谷住哪里好，我都毫不犹豫地推荐曼谷君悦！除开地理位置优越的条件，最重要的是酒店让我感觉到他们对中国市场的重视。几次来都有遇到会中文的同胞，特别是这次遇到的Tony，服务非常好！
