当我们到达酒店时，他们让我们去11楼的接待处。办理入住手续有点慢。房间很宽敞，但是我们有一个房间靠近酒吧，里面听得到酒吧传来的音乐，但是大约在11点左右会停止。早餐还可以。早上会有很多游客。有些职员根本不懂英语。我们订了一张双人床，但他们却给我们安排了两张小床。我们这个旅行团有9个大人和1个孩子。酒店靠近Bobae市场和宝马成衣批发市场。就食物而言，你最好在酒店吃饭，因为附近的餐馆不多。

Thank you for your review and comments on Tripadvisor. We are pleased to know that you like and enjoy staying with us. Hotel location is in wholesale cloth market and also close to many main attractions. Guests can get to hotel by express boat as there is pier next to the building, other transport can also reach easily. All team members provide hotel standard service and this time especially cleanliness we pay more attention due to covid 19.

Thank you for your comment and share with us on Tripadvisor. Well noted on check in process and will pass to the team to improve. As we are a big hotel with 4 buildings so there are many group tours in the morning. We are pleased that you like our food and location which is located in old town area and near many main attractions. For English skill of our team, we will train them more to be able to understand and assist our guests. We promise to offer hotel service standard and to achieve guest's satisfaction.

非常古老但迷人的酒店。我们订了一间豪华房，很大(45平方米)，带着宝宝旅行时感觉非常完美。城市的景色美极了!再说一遍，这家酒店很旧……所以里面的东西也都很旧了。所在地区:一点也不奢华，也没有什么派对。本地批发市场较多。我们在那里购物，价格比安博凯（MBK）购物中心低多了。而且，走几分钟就能到当地的美食市场。酒店旁有一条渡船可以到城市的各个地方,我们每个人花了9泰铢。总共花了10分钟到达安博凯购物中心，总的来说，我们喜欢这家酒店。

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking your time sharing your experience with us. We understand that the hotel is aged as it operate for more than 20 years and now we are on process of renovation. For the party area, many guests like to sit at pool bar on 11 floor or if you want to go outside Khao San road is not far from us. You can take a taxi and it's around 15-20 minutes away. For local restaurant, even not many around but during the day time there are many street food, food stall around the market on ground floor or even our own restaurants are not expensive and we have discount for in house guests.
We are pleased to know that you like the hotel in overall. Our team is always deliver hotel standard service and ensure to reach our guest expectation. We look forward to welcoming you in the future.

王子皇宫酒店的家庭套房是不错的，有3间客房和2间浴室。干净整洁，空间挺大的。有2个游泳池，其中一个在有风的角落，另外一个比较安静。不错的早餐，有很多选择。有水果、中国菜、泰国菜、美国餐。有小面包条、麦片、鸡蛋、沙拉还有果汁。但从门口到我们的房间需要步行一小段距离。

公共区域很华丽，但是房间很邋遢，窗户内外都很脏，我们几乎看不到外面的景色。多半的工作人员给予了帮助，但酒店内的员工令人很不舒服并且粗鲁，我们想要热的食物，但却都是冷的。我们付了账单上所有的费用，包括了服务费，但是工作人员应该给与我们相同价值的服务。至少可以说，酒店的接待很混乱。这里中餐馆的食物没什么特别的。椰子泳池酒吧的食物很棒，工作人员大都很好。咖啡店里的那位年轻女士真是帮了我们大忙。礼宾服务很好。总而言之，我们应该不会再选择回到这家酒店了。

有史以来最糟糕的酒店，我们的航班延误了一天，试着让他们补偿我们错过的那一天，他们拒绝了。然后我们因为床上的污点被收取了4000泰铢的清洁费，但那个污点不是我们弄上去的。似乎整个酒店都和那些突突车司机们联合在一起，因为他们总是在酒店工作，总是比grab（泰国的打车软件）收费更贵。甚至去机场，他们都收取比Grab更高的费用，酒店并没有试图阻止这些在酒店前面拉客的骗子们，似乎反而是在鼓励他们。早餐是我在亚洲住过的所有地方中最糟糕的。在街上吃东西越来越方便了。我再也不会住在这里了。
