Dear 惠君徐,
We're so happy to learn that you enjoyed the service and facilities at W Bangkok and that the buffet breakfast in particular was a delight! We aim to please our guests of all nationalities with variety and it's good to know that the Chinese translations helped to make it easier too. We also have Mandarin speaking staff standing by so if any assistance is needed, just ask!
Hopefully, we'll have a chance to welcome you back again in the near future.
